These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Inner Circle (the "Service"), operated by The Inner Circle ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, completing checkout, or accessing any paid content, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18.

The Service is currently not available to residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other geographies enforced by our IP geo-block.

2. Account & Authentication

The Service uses passwordless magic-link authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your email account (anyone with access to your inbox can sign in to the Service)
• Notifying us promptly at welcome@joininnercircle.net if you suspect unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect credential sharing, automated abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. The Program — What You're Buying

The Inner Circle offers three tiers of paid programs. Each tier is a one-time purchase OR an installment plan that totals the same one-time price (no auto-renewal beyond the disclosed installment count).

3.1 Bifurcated entitlement (read carefully)

The Service intentionally separates two access dimensions:

• Coaching access is time-bounded. After your coaching window expires, you lose access to: 1-on-1 sessions, group calls, the in-app Community chat, and the GameBoy AI drafting tool with personalized context.
• Content access is lifetime. You retain access to the Frameworks library (videos + module summaries) and your personal Profile page indefinitely, regardless of coaching expiry.

Renewing your coaching access is optional, not automatic. We do not auto-charge you after your installment plan completes.

3.2 What's NOT included (scope limits)

• No outcome guarantees. No specific result is promised. The Service is educational. Some members improve their dating outcomes; some don't. Results not guaranteed. For educational purposes only.
• No medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. GameBoy is a drafting tool, not a therapist. If you are in a crisis (suicidal ideation, domestic violence, abuse), the Service is required to surface resource hotlines and refuse to draft a reply.
• No 24/7 availability. Group calls are weekly; 1-on-1s are by appointment within your coaching window.

4. Payment, Refunds & Disputes

4.1 Pricing

Prices in USD, charged at checkout via Stripe in live mode. By completing checkout you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the agreed amount.

4.2 Installment plans

Installment plans are implemented as Stripe subscriptions with a hard cancellation date set at checkout. After the final installment cycle, Stripe automatically cancels the subscription. We do not bill you again after the disclosed installment count.

4.3 Refund policy

We offer refunds in either of these conditions, whichever comes first:

• (A) 7 days from the date of purchase — for any reason
• (B) Before your first 1-on-1 call — for any reason

After both windows have closed, refunds are handled at our sole discretion. We may issue partial refunds in cases of bona-fide technical failure (Service unavailable for ≥7 consecutive days, etc.).

To request a refund, email welcome@joininnercircle.net with subject "refund request" and include your order ID (visible in your Stripe receipt).

When a refund is issued, your coaching access is revoked immediately. Lifetime content access is NOT revoked unless the refund is the result of a chargeback or fraud determination.

4.4 Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback ("dispute") with your bank without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

• Provide your full transaction history and these Terms to your card network as evidence
• Permanently terminate your account upon chargeback determination
• Revoke both coaching AND content access if chargeback is upheld

This is non-negotiable — at $3,500–$26,000 ticket size, chargeback fraud is a meaningful operational risk and we treat it accordingly.

4.5 Failed payments (installments only)

• Day 0: we email you. Coaching access continues.
• Day 3: we email you again. If still unpaid, your status flips to "past due". Coaching access continues for a 7-day grace.
• Day 10: if still unpaid, coaching access is paused. Content access is preserved.
• You can resume by paying the outstanding balance via the Stripe Customer Portal or by re-initiating checkout for the same tier.

5. Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials, magic links, or active sessions with anyone else
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Post content in the Community chat that violates US law (CSAM, threats of violence, copyright infringement, etc.)
• Reverse-engineer, copy, mirror, or republish the Frameworks library content (videos, module summaries, quizzes) outside of the Service. The content is licensed for your personal use only.
• Automate access (scrape, bot, mass-download) without our prior written permission
• Use the GameBoy AI drafting tool to generate content for any purpose other than drafting your own personal text-message replies

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Egregious violations (CSAM, credible violence threats) are reported to law enforcement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service — videos, module summaries, quizzes, GameBoy prompts, frameworks, and the brand "MasterSeducer38" / "The Inner Circle" — is owned by us or licensed to us. Members receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the content for personal use only.

You retain ownership of content you submit (onboarding answers, profile entries, Community messages, GameBoy inputs). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service to you (and to other members in the case of Community messages).

7. AI Disclosure

The GameBoy drafting tool is an AI system. It is not a human coach.

• GameBoy will identify itself as "an AI trained on MasterSeducer38's frameworks" when asked. It will NEVER claim to be MasterSeducer38, claim to be human, or claim continuity of memory between requests.
• GameBoy outputs are AI-generated draft text-message replies. We do not represent that they will achieve any particular outcome with the recipient.
• We retain a 30-day audit log of GameBoy inputs and outputs for safety and abuse-detection purposes. We do not use GameBoy interactions to train any AI model.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from your use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (A) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (B) one hundred US dollars ($100). We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, statute, or otherwise).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal resolution

Before filing any formal claim, please contact us at welcome@joininnercircle.net with a description of the dispute. We will respond within 30 days. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.

11.2 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11.3 Arbitration & class waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative claims are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing welcome@joininnercircle.net with subject "arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms (chargeback fraud, ToS violations, automation/scraping). Upon termination:

• Coaching access ends immediately
• Content access ends if termination is for cause (chargeback, fraud, conduct violation)
• Your data is handled per the Privacy Policy §6

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in §4.3.

13. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change to these Terms takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
